I love what I do - helping people get franchising right! And I want to do more! Those of you who know me, know that I’ve been a “reluctant consultant” in franchising for years, I like my work in speaking, coaching, and serving on boards...It's time now for me to grow my work and I’m building a system to scale and be more available. I'm working to expand my reach and positive impact to more people and franchise brands. I am becoming somewhat “less reluctant”, and focusing to be more educational, practical, and valuable. I am NOT matching buyers with franchise opportunities, rather, I am “Helping franchisors and franchisees reduce risks and improve results with levelheaded expertise”, that’s my new elevator pitch - what do you think?
Actions taken: recently hired a Virtual Assistant to help put things together, launched a new website (please check it out www.johnnyfranchise.com), and following a formula that others have developed to build programs that are effective, efficient, and scalable, and affordable for more clients. The easiest thing for me to begin with is my Franchise Lifecycle program, I’ve been using and developing that for the past 5 years, and have given as a keynote session to several franchise brands, with great results. Combined with 30+ years franchising experience, and serving on multiple franchise company boards for the past 10+ years, we’re developing all this into affordable and accessible online programs so that MORE people and brands can benefit.
Also, I have a new program for setting up corporate “advisory boards”, and I am continuing to offer monthly one on one executive coaching, and continuing my speaking at franchise conferences and continuing board member service whenever appropriate. Look for more materials and higher levels of activity from me on social media as “Johnny Franchise”, and I’m looking forward to the growth and helping MORE people in franchising gain more success!!
