After decades in franchising, I’ve learned that success isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about sharing what you’ve learned and asking the right questions. I don’t claim to know it all, but if you’re facing a challenge in your franchise system, chances are, I’ve seen it, lived it, or helped someone else navigate it.

I’ve worked with over 50 franchise brands in various roles—franchisor, franchisee, supplier, and developer. I’ve invested my own time, money, and expertise in the industry, and today, I stay engaged with around 25 franchise brands at any given time. Some work with me through board roles, coaching, or advisory services, while others participate in my ZorForum mastermind groups, where franchise executives connect, share, and grow.
