  • In the fast-paced world of franchising, one of the best parts of my work as an advisor and coach is when clients come back. Over the years, I’ve worked with many amazing franchise folks. Whether I’ve helped with networking, coaching, advising, serving on boards, or speaking at events, it’s always a joy to reconnect with the franchise family. These continued relationships are built on trust and the real value created.

    What makes these returning clients special is their confidence in and with me. They look forward to our conversations, where every question can lead to new insights, and often the issues or challenges they bring to me are very complex and have a personal aspect to them. Lately, some have been very messy situations that I’ve helped with. And I’m using new tools, like AI for taking meeting notes, which has made our talks and the follow-up even more productive.

    It feels fantastic when clients choose to work with me again. It shows they trust my advice and enjoy how we work together, they know what to expect. To all who have come back for more, thank you. Every new project with you strengthens the connections and shows just how important mutual respect and understanding are in our industry.

    I’m excited about the chance to welcome more clients and friends back. These aren’t just business deals; they’re real people and partnerships based on trust, respect, and a shared goal to help others grow and succeed.
